2. Quotations
Online quotes are estimates only and are provided for guidance purposes. They do not constitute a formal offer or contract. Final pricing is subject to site survey, exact specification, glass type, access conditions, and other factors. Formal quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to commence manufacturing. The remaining balance is due on completion or delivery, whichever is earlier. We accept bank transfer, debit cards, and credit cards. Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
4. Lead Times
Standard lead times are 5-7 working days for steel components and 2-4 weeks for glass panels. Lead times are estimates and may be affected by material availability, complexity, and demand. We will keep you informed of any delays.
5. Delivery
We deliver nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated based on location and order size. You are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery and reporting any damage within 48 hours. We are not liable for damage caused after delivery.
6. Installation
Professional installation is available within our service area (50 miles of Haverhill, Suffolk). Installation requires adequate access, a suitable substrate, and the site to be ready for installation. Additional charges may apply for scaffolding, restricted access, or remedial work to the substrate.
7. Warranty
All glass products carry a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Stainless steel components carry a 5-year warranty. Supply and install projects include a 2-year workmanship guarantee. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or modification.
8. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before manufacturing begins, subject to a 10% administration fee. Once manufacturing has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled. Bespoke items are non-refundable. Consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
9. Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Website Use

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
